St Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School

St. Cuthbert's was built to be a Catholic School and we foster a Catholic atmosphere, and the practice of the Christian faith is the aim of the school.

The present school was opened in 1974.

It is situated in its own grounds and has two separate play areas for the EYFS and KS1 and 2.  We have a large playing field across the road where we have recently planted St. Cuthbert's Woodland.  There is a parking area at the side of the school and this is used by the staff.

The School is voluntary aided and is in the Diocese of Lancaster.
